Safbrew wheat beer yeast. Got a pack and I'm putting a brew schedule together for the new year. What are some of your favorite wheat beers that use this ('I'm assuming fairly generic) wheat beer yeast.

I brewed Papazian's "Amaizing ale" with this and it turned out great. Instead of 8 lbs barley malt, I sub'd 4 lbs wheat malt and did 4 lbs barley malt, turned out fantastic....if I wanted an ale for my non craft brew drinking friends, this might be the one.

I add raspberry extract to about half the batch and leave the other half plain, but do what you wish, any fruit goes well with this
