I harvested some yeast from dreges of a commercial tripel the other day and I'm building up the yeast. I poured off the 600ml of wort starter to add more to the beaker and now it taste good enough to drink, so I'm drinking it.
Is that bad and who else does this? If my bear comes out as good as this I'll be happy.
