Ok, I read it. It said that BMC watered down beer. Then it said they do not anymore. They explained that they use a "mother wort" and adjust the gravity by adding in water but that is not watering down beer...or did I miss something?

Where I come from adding water to "mother wort" or "father whiskey" is still watering it down...
