Does anyone drink there brew warm? My razz wiezen taste good warm as it does cold. P.S. I love this site!
I serve a good many ales at 50F.
I've been known to drink it without any refrigeration.
Usually the first beer I drink of a batch is room temp
Ill pour a pitcher from a warm mini keg, then Ill pour a mug from that, and put the pitcher in the freezer till my next mug.
Most of my beers are served from the conditioning cabinet, which sits around 12-15C, AKA cellar temperature.
Remember one unassailable statistic, as explained by the late, great George Carlin: "Just think of how stupid the average person is, and then realize half of them are even stupider!"
"I would like to die on Mars, just not on impact." Elon Musk
a lot of the old english beers(bitters) are often served at room temp even in the pubs!
not sure whether it is to warm them up over there, but they sure do taste great warm.. I never thought I would say that.
