Default Unfermentable sugar/sweetener besides suralose,lactose,maltodextrin

Can anybody tell me what is a unfermentable sugar/sweetener besides lactose, sucralose, maltodextrin that does not effect the flavor or body? And also something that B.Brett cannot eat? I'm looking for a back sweetener for a lambic style kriek..thank you
