Default Uh oh - stay fresh boiled

Unbelievable!

Brew day goes well. Brew buddy removed the five Stay Fresh packets from the foil vac pack. Half pound of Centennial whole leaf hops into the mesh bag. Boil.

Clean-up. Dumped out the hop bag and out comes packet #6, damn! Boiled for 10 mins in a 10gal batch.

Is the wort ruined?

If this is the standard ubiquitous keep fresh packets that seem to be found in nearly everything then you are fine. Most of the packets simple contain silica "gel" which is fairly inert and non-toxic. Their job is to absorb and stray moisture to help prevent rot.

Agreed, you are fine. I wouldn't toss them in intentionally, but it won't ruin the beer.
