Default Turkey Ale

I was brewing a nice English brown ale this evening when I went to reach for something above the stove and knocked a Turkey wish bone into the wort. It was about half way through the boil when it happened. The wish bone was from last thanksgiving, so I guess we'll have to break it apart when I crack open the first bottle :-)

LOL

It's an old family tradition to save the wish bone from thanksgiving and then break it at the next thanksgiving.
