I probably wasn't clear about the regulator. It's a dual body 3-gauge. That means it will regulate 2 different pressures at the same time, which is what I need for soda. I already have a 2-gauge with dual outputs (both outputs are same pressure).

Here's pics of what I have now (except with a Y output and 2 valves), and what I just ordered.

Btw, those are some beauties! How much soda are you pumping out in a season?

Where did you get that dual regulator? I'm looking for a good one, but with like, nine gauges (eight different serving pressures).

my god this thing still lives.

how about some real advise:

Liquor quick extreme alcohol base kit. makes up to 23% legally no distilling. you can get all kinds of flavours to add to make it taste like whiskey or whatever.

here http://www.winemakeri.com/Alco_Base_Kit_p/13322.htm and here http://www.winemakeri.com/Alcobase_Extreme_p/13327.htm

those aren't the kits at my lhbs but they look the same idea. turbo yeast, liquid charcoal, and finnings to clear it out.
