Oof - way too sickly sweet. The aroma is almost overwhelming on it's own, but the brew itself was undrinkable. Appropriately named, however.

I'll second this. I had it at Growler's in StL and had the server drop a scoop of ice cream in it. GREAT!

I brewed a clone of this recently and it's still in the fermenter (got the recipe from some old thread here). We'll see how it turns out, I love the original stuff!

Also I'm going to be visiting Southern Tier's Brewery soon as well.

Put some vanilla ice cream in it. Balances out the overpowering nature of the beer and is delicious.

IMO all of ST's stouts except Oat are too much. Especially since they are sold in 22s. I could probably drink them if I was only expected to do it 12 oz at a time!

Choklat is a November release.

Word of warning, DO NOT AGE Creme Brulee. I aged one for a year and it lost a lot of its flavor.

Mix creme brulee and pumpking. Now that is good.

Tasted like a buttery nipple shot to me. Good for one glass not the whole 22
