Default Thumbs up to Blichmann Engineering!

I just wanted to share my appreciation for John Blichmann. I was cleaning my equipment and I lost the rubber seal for my thermometer.

I emailed him asking where I could purchase a replacement and he responded within 6 hours asking for my address to send me a new one. I got it in the mail the other day, and I just wanted to say that customer service like that is impressive, and his products are top notch to boot.

Nice, always good to hear of some excellent customer service. Sometimes seems to be a lost art now days. Sounds like a top notch comp.

Very cool. Makes me want that "Blichmann bling" even more now. I'm eyeing the Blichmann 20 which EdWort made famous on this forum.

I also bought some perlicks off him once and he was great to deal with, but that's outside of the scope of this.
