This yeast took off with an attitude, that's for sure. The fact that I used a big fat starter and hit the cool wort with my oxygenating system made for some serious blowoff.
I oxygenated my barleywine for 2 minutes and tossed in two packets of US-05. It blew off for 36 straight hours:
