I made the Austin homebrew Orange Creamsicle Ale (extract). I added extra orange peel, and did a boil of about 4 gallons.
and I just looked at the site and I can't even find it on there now.
Anyway, it stopped at 1.020.( I read that this can happen with extract. also I have made like 12 batches, all extract and never had this happen)
I bottled it and now want to know if these are gonna blow?
I used Cream Ale yeast fermenting at 67 degrees, temp controlled.
I did a yeast starter made on a stir plate.
I got them sitting in a plastic tub for now, just wondering if there is a chance of these going boom, and if so, how long before that happens.
