Temperature Swings - effect on beer(kegged/bottled)
I need to take my kegs out of my keezer to do some work on it and since work and life are busy they'd be out of the keezer for a while.
I've tried searching the forums here but come up with way too many threads or too few (not what I was searching for) threads. I did find some stuff on the net and it seems that the ruling opinion is that there isn't much of an effect. I thought I would pose the question to everyone here and get their opinions before I set about ruining ~12 gallons of beer.
How much of an effect do temperature swings have on beer?
