Default this is strange,

i made a 8 gal. A.G pale ale 2 weeks ago i had a good strong fermentation for 4 days OK,so it sat for about 11 more days with no activity so i transferred it to a secondary today and now the airlock is showing activity . it has been going on for about 5 hours now..

Not so strange. Sometimes when racking to secondary the yeast gets roused and knocks a few more points off your gravity.

Woah, racking to secondary stirred up some CO2? Yeah, that means your beer is ruined.

Nah, I'm just joshin'. Nurmey knows her stuff, do as she says.

It's probably dissolved CO2 coming out of solution due to being agitated when you racked to secondary. Nothing to worry about.
