So here is the deal, Im brewing a sweet stout for my upcoming wedding. We plan on drinking it when its ready. I normally drink my home brew quickly but the thought crossed my mind of saving 2 to have with the cake we save for our first anniversary. Anyone have any thoughts on whether or not it will store well for a year??
