Default Stone Brewing Escondido Ca (PICTURES)



They have a 1 Acre beer garden on premise which is awesome. They serve you and then you can walk around with your beer. There are ponds and little islands with chair to chill on. It was surreal.




This was their outdoor bar area.


All the Staircases had rebar welded...looked pretty sweet

Bathrooms were nice even

Company store before the tour

Tasting Area

Oaking Small Batches



All Grains abd a brutus 10 type herms system which they use for pilot trial brews

Main Fermentation Tanks

Blowoff for their fermentation tanks. Took video but this thing was churning like no other

Side Bung Kegs destined for Something Belgian

Pilot Batch hidden behind some stuff- i deviated briefly from the tour....

Grain Hopper- huge conveyor drops the crushed grains in there

Got a kick out of this...probably for test batches on the small system but still

New 36,000 gallon fermentation tanks

Bottling area


Hops on the front of the building...noticed as we left

Thanks for the pics! Might be heading to SoCal on 4th of July weekend to hit up as many breweries as possible, and Stone is a must. That outdoor bar is insane with 36 taps! They better not run out of growlers before I get there. You're also reminding me to post some info on my visits to Anchor and Russian River.

That beer garden must be amazing in the weather we're having these days.

Wow, nice looking place. Thanks for sharing, I will have to make a trip there sometime over the next couple of weeks.

I loved the picture of the little 5 gal. carboy tucked away. And the chill garden looks pretty cool.
