Started brewing a bourbon dubbel...
I am using styrian golding hops, any suggestions to any others I can use to liven it up? In addition to that is.
Mild, low alpha acid hops like the noble hops would do fine. I like hallertau, saaz and willamette.
Bourbon dubbel? I am intrigued. Care to elaborate on your plans?
