Default Sour tasting white ale

Hey homebrewers... I have started partial grain brewing and have made a white ale that turned out to have a sourness to it. The only problem I can see is the fermentation stuck for about a week due to cooler temps and after wrapping a blanket around it finished. Does anyone have theories on the sourness?
