Default Some SS finds at the scrapyard

Went to local scrapyard to see what they had and this is what popped up...

And this:

I asked about the huge tanks, and they said they were already spoken for. I am very curious to know what the purchaser was going to do with them...

Today I look right down, right down to the ground, there's nothing in between to break by fall. I'm blue for you, and I don't know what to do.

Well, I had initially planned on using them for my AG setup. But I'm still trying to make space for them. I'll pick them up on Saturday.

The tanks are going to be an absolute bear to clean up.

Not really. I think they were pretty clean. Just an overnight soak in Oxiclean will do it.

About 20 lbs of Oxi!

Seriously, the SS here costs about $1 a pound. I bought a 6 ft length of 1/2 SS for a few dollars. Those tanks would have been a couple of hundred each. A steal if a brewery can use them.

The pipes are around 2" diameter, but vary a bit.

Damn. Shipping them would kill me.

I wish I had a scrap.
