I will be doing my first attempt at a Berliner weisse beer. 3 lbs 2 row 4 lbs wheat 6 oz acidulated malt. Boil 15 mins with .25 oz of centennial for 10 ibu' s with white labe Berliner weisse yeast.

I've done EdWorts Robust Porter one other time. It's a winner by the way. This time I am adding a little smoked malt to the base recipe.

Finally..... me.....

Whippin' up a batch of this year's Moon Hill Pumpkin Ale. I'm also gonna try'n squeeze and English IPA in there too, but that may have to wait 'til the middle of next week.
