Brewing Yooper's dead guy ale now.
Missed my pre-boil by .005 so decided to go for a 90 minute boil.

Brewed a cascade 3711 saison. The airlock is pumping so hard that I can feel the breeze from the exhaust.

My first AG in my new mash tun. Making a rye pale ale

7 lbs 2-row american pale ale
2 lbs rye malt
1 lbs carared
8 oz crystal malt 90L
8 oz rice hulls

centennial 1.329 oz at 9.4% AA 60 min boil
fuggles 0.9 oz at 5% AA 10 min boil

us-05 dry yeast

can't wait to see how it turns out

If anyone is interested there are swing top bottles of lemonade 1 liter. For sale at big lots for 3 dollars. This is cheaper than empty swing top bottles anywhere else I have found them and you get to drink a soda.
