Got 3 in the plans for this weekend. Edworts Apfelwein, my HBG Red Eye (Irish Red), and the HBG El Hefe Weizen (Agave Flavored), The red eye is an extract with a seep so it shouldn't be to difficult the El Hefe is my main worry. But who cares!! A full day of brewing set to go.

Brewed a "Root Canal American Wheat" today.
Was gonna work on the portable kegerator and fermentation chamber this weekend, but looks like I will have to go the lake and drink beer instead.
Oh, well.

This weekend is a two (maybe three) beer and one experiment weekend.
5 gallons of my delicious Ares Summer Wheat, which is an Oberon variant.
5 gallons of the Orange Cascade Pale Ale, courtesy of blacklab, and my first PM using DeathBrewer's Method.
5 gallons of a yet to be determined beer that I'll decide on tomorrow.
I'm also doing a 1gal carboy of Apfelwein, thanks to EdWort that I threw together this afternoon, and I'm just waiting to watch. Hopefully, it's not a carboy bomb.

No brewing for me this weekend. Threw my back out again. Good thing I got my kegging, bottling and racking done last weekend. On deck is a SA Summer Ale inspired beer.
