I'm on a wheat kick - or maybe just trying to usher in Spring!
A dunkelweizen is just finishing its sparge and tomorrow I plan on brewing an American Wheat.

Brewing my Irish Honey Red for the 5th time this weekend. When it ain't broke, why fix it?
Might hold off for a day or two since I might have a new MLT tomorrow...

Brewing a single decoction - no boil berliner weiss tomorrow. Will be one of my shortest AG brewdays ever. Might also end up making a 2 gallon batch of mead and 5 gallon batch of cider.

That is a good one! haven't brewed it in years, but really good. Might have to dust that recipe off for summer...

Doing a wheat beer that's a melding of 312 and Gumball Head with a brew buddy who'll be experiencing his first AG. Maybe bottling Ed's Haus Pale Ale.

I think I might just do a dry stout tonight. Not having a great week and the wife is doing some bridal shower planning with her friend for a wedding, so I should mash in after the kid goes to bed...

Hey wes, one other method to consider for souring this would be to throw in a half pound of milled grain to the fermenter. The lacto on hulls will add to the sourness.
