Default Six degrees in the garage...

...and I'm 15 minutes into a 90 minute boil. Whose idea was it to brew a pilsner for the summer months?

Oh yeah, my great idea.

i live in texas, and i have to think about brewing when it drops below 40, but i did brew a dark lager when it was in the 30's. i knew the storage room would be steadily in the 50's for a couple weeks

lumpher, that's why I'm brewing a pilsner right now, too. The pantry in the basement stays at about 45 degrees this time of year. I have a bock going, and a doppelbock on the schedule for when I rack the bock.

nallanrex: No bugs! How's the sled dog team? (All Americans still think that's clever, sorry.)
