Does anyone know what texts are used at Siebel or elsewhere? I've read and studied several books now but would love to know what the schools use.
I knew they had classes in viticulture, but I didn't know there were beer degrees!
UC Davis has fermentation science degrees which I suppose apply to viticulture as well. I met the brewer from Mt. Shasta Brewing (awesome beer on tap, not so sure about the bottles) who had attended Davis. He certainly knew his stuff.
