Default She blew the top off!!

Yup,opened up my freezer/fermenter chamber and there was krausen/beer/yeast/beer all over the inside. Blew the airlock right off. It was still sitting on top of carboy. I can't imagaine the mess it would have made if it's was in my swamp cooler in my closet. I just ran a tube into a gallon jug of water/ star san. All is well and when I closed the freezer lid, I could hear the gas bubbles. Amazing how much action is going on in there. I brewed a batch of Nut Brown Ale on Monday.

Yes, but it also works to reduce krausen. Research fermenting in cornys.
and yea, pics or it didn't happen.

Just checked out my latest creation. Now there is some krausen in the tube and the starsan/water solution is tinted brown from the fermentation. And the sounds it's still making is amazing,,,,,it's chuggin right along. Why is this happening with this batch, but none of my others?

And you can forget about pics
