Im trying to find a clone recipe for Carlsberg's 400 dollar bottle of beer. Anyone seen this recipe anywhere? Thanks for any info.
You didn't happen to have just watched Oz and James Drink to Britain by chance?
Fermenting: Flanders Red Ale
Conditioning: Blackberry Mead, Altbier, Cardamom Saison
Kegged: Vanilla Bourbon Porter, Belgian Strong Dark
What's it called. Carlsberg makes a lot of very average beer.
Grinders Island Brewery - Pipeline
Bottled! Award winning East India Porter, Oatmeal Stout, Milk Stout, Saison fermenting at 85 degrees as I type.
I'm guessing he means Carlsberg Vintage No. 1, although there are 3 of them, if I recall correctly. http://www.bloomberg.com/apps/news?p...=latin_america
Yea thats it, seen it on a episode of the show "Three Sheets".
