Default Say yes to Michigan!

Recently, I noticed a number of innovative and well engineered home brewing products coming out of the Great Lakes State and wanted to see if anyone else has any they know of.

Here's what I've recently acquired:

Cool Brewing Cooler (keeps my German Ales right at 40F!)
https://www.cool-brewing.com/

Hop Strainer from Arbour Fabricating (looking forward to it Chad!)
http://stores.ebay.com/Arbor-Fabricating-1

and finally, these from Grand Rapids:

Keep up the great work and thanks!

don't know about brewing products, but between Bell's, Founders and New Holland, there's some dang fine IPAs coming out of western MI

The stir starter is a michigan thing too.

We have some pretty damn good beers here, check out Dark Horse if you ever get the chance, Crooked Tree IPA is great and their Reserve Special Black Ale is amazing.

Sounds like a MI road trip is in order once we thaw out here in VT!

I may have to put some Heady, Hill and Lawson's in my trunk to keep my Subie from sliding ...

+1 on the stir starter:

The barley crusher is also another Michigan brewing product.

Not a bad price but you can still easily build one yourself for $20-$30. There is almost no excuse to not have one especially if you are doing 10g+ batches or higher gravity (1.060+) beers.

Also if you ever get to Traverse City,MI you have to check out Right Brain Brewery. I've been to a a large number of breweries in Michigan and RBB is probably my favorite.

I love Michigan! Don't tell any of my Ohio neighbors though... I grew up in Indiana about 100yds from Michigan.

Also, just pulled the trigger on a 400 micron hop strainer.

Can't forget the Brew Hauler! http://www.brewhauler.com

Very helpful and not expensive.

I LOVE the crates too. I actually went to the manufacturer in Grand Rapids ( I live close) and picked some up. The building they are in is as cool at the crates
