Default Is Safbrew T-58 just a slow strain?

This stuff took off like a rocket when I pitched it in my recent batch of porter, but 2 days later it's slowed to a snail's pace. Not much airlock activity, no krausen, SG is barely moving (started about 1.046, now down around 1.021). Temperature is right around 68F, so it should be warm enough. Is this just a yeast that grumbles along for a while?

Warm it up, T-58 is a belgian strain and likes to be warm. I'd bring it up to around 73-74 at this point.

I just did a 1.090 beer with T-58 and it definitely slowed down a lot around 1.025. I had to warm it up to get it going again.

Everytime I have used that strain it slowed down a good bit after the first couple of days. Sometimes only dropping a couple of points in a week. Rouse it every other day, and keep it in the low 70's.... it will bring it down, but may take up to 4 weeks.
