Default Is This A Ridiculous/Impossible Idea?

I am in the process of converting a Sanyo into a kegerator with a dual tower. Is it possible to run one side with home brew and the other side with a 1/6 barrel of a commercial beer? I am finding that commercial beer need a 5/8 hose and corny kegs need 1/4.

I think commercial systems use 5/16, not 5/8. 5/8ths is a good commercial-grade watering hose. You can jam 1/4 on a 5/16ths fitting by heating the hose in boiling water.

Have you checked the fit for the kegs?
