Any recommendations for London (around Kings Cross Station) or Wales (Around Chepstow)?

There on business but will have an evening or two free with the wife (non-drinker) so food is a plus.

Recipes 

The Harp in Covent Garden, not too far from Kings Cross, is superb - best pub in London if not the UK. Won national pub of the year by CAMRA. The sausages there are excellent too.

If they have a mild on cask, oh my, that's the definition of heaven.
