Default It pays to subscribe, I guess!

So I get home from dinner tonight, and awaiting me on my front porch is a box with 2 of these:

The note inside said it was for being a Beer Advocate magazine subsriber.

KICK ASS!!!!!!!!!!

Anyone else get any?

I would be interested to find out how much of a difference that glass makes. Give it a review some time. If nothing else, they are sweet looking glasses.

The distributor for Sam Adams dropped four off at my local. They all got stolen within the week. You need to do a side by side tasting in a traditional straight sided pint glass and this one. I'd be curious to hear the results.

I plan on doing a review this weekend. I'll pour an identical beer side by side with one of those, a regular american pint, and a nonic and I'll note the differences.

Should be fun.

A bunch of people in my beer club got them for being a part of the national home brewers association I believe.

Huh, I get home for lunch today and there's a box with two of them on my doorstep. From what the letter inside from the Boston Beer Company says it looks like I got them because I'm in AHA.
