Default Partigyle

I did my first partigyle yesterday.

Mashed 45# of grain. Got 10gal of IPA from first runnings (did have to add about 1# of DME since I didn't get the 13 gallon preboil volume I was looking for) and 10 gal of pale ale from the 2nd and part of 3rd runnings.

Had about 3 gallons of 3rd runnings left. Added some DME and made a small batch. Figured I shouldn't waste it.

Was a very long brew day and am hoping I am rewarded with it in the end.

On Tap: Double Down, Centennial SMaSH, Belgian White, IPAc, Ed Wort's Apfelwein
