Default Papazian on Twitter

Just in case anyone's interested... I've been following Papazian on Twitter recently. Looks like he's just getting back from a trip to Asia. Lots of great pics here. Interesting guy to follow around, to say the least.

Default Papazian's Twitter

I've been following his twitter and its actually quite fascinating. He really just travels around the world and drinks beer. Thought I'd post it for those interested. Not a bad gig.

I think reading this, especially from my desk here at work, just makes me depressed that I don't get to go around tasting beers for a living...

I've been to his place for a few parties. He's a very polite, quiet guy, almost shy sometimes, but he's a bit eccentric in a good way. He's one of those quiet, incredibly happy guys.

His brew setup is actually kind of modest, though this was over ten years ago. He has an indoor space to brew with concrete floors and a walk-in cooler, but everything that I saw was pretty regular. No polished copper or 50 gallon setups.
