Default Pacific Northwest: LHBS? micro/brewpub?

I will be in Seattle for a few days next week. My small town in Eastern Washington doesnt have a real homebrew store, so I was wondering if there any good ones there. Also, outside of Redhook - which I will be visiting, what microbrews are there?

I'll be in Portland the week after. Ahhhhh, northwest breweries. Same questions I guess. Although, I am already familiar with a couple of the finer brewing establishments in the Portland area.

http://www.guestontap.com/ for Portland and you might consider visiting Steinbart's for brewing supplies.

Remember one unassailable statistic, as explained by the late, great George Carlin: "Just think of how stupid the average person is, and then realize half of them are even stupider!"
