Default Open fermentation

Anyone watch the Brewing TV episode on open fermentation? Good episode, it made me want to try an experiment. I want to do a 5 gallon batch then split it into two fermentors and do one open and one closed so I can compare the difference it makes. My question is, what kind of beer would lend itself to this kind of experiment? Obviously a wheat would be good because you want a lot of yeast flavors to come through in the beer. Any other beers come to mind?
