Default One fridge 2 temps...

So I use the same fridge to ferment and serve... When I'm putting beer in to ferment, I bottle a few, and turn the temp controller to 62ish..
Right now I have a batch of brown ale in at ferm temp and I want to bottle it to bring out of town this weekend.. It's on 30psi of gas, to reach the pressure recommended in the famous carb chart... If I drop the pressure and bottle at this temp, will it be way over carbed once its in a normal fridge at 35 or will the vols of co2 remain the same ???

Thanks forum !

Volumes of CO2 will remain the same but the expansion volume that it takes up will be greater. Inorder for it to not turn out flat once you open those bottles and retain the level of carbonation as when you carbed it you will have to cool the beer back down to atleast the temp that you carbed them at before you serve.

I plan on carbing and bottling around 65, then serving around 36-40. Does that sound like it will work ?
