14oz Black Patent
14oz Roasted Barley
7.34oz Saaz (10%aau) (60 min)
7oz Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (5 min)
56oz Malto-Dextrine (15 min)
7 packs US-04
Mash-in with 89.69 qt @ 164*
Rest @ 150 for 60 minutes
Mash-out with 53.1 qt at 205*
Sparge with 19.71 gal at 168*
I have made this before and it's great but not that much at one time.
It should be fun.
