Default Off White "cells" on Surface of Fermented Beer

I brewed an Amber Cervesa and racked it to the secondary fermenter on 2-24-07. Still had avtivity, so just left it sit - dark room at constant temp of 55'F until now. There are several small 1/8 inch round off white cells on approx 1/3 of the surface. The beer is amber clear and I just pulled the lock and do not detect any off odors. If I carefully siphon off the beer underneath the surface, is it still safe to drink?
Thanks for the help.

Did it look like this?

I wouldn't worry about it, I've had similar in the secondary, it's probably just small CO2 bubbles.

Yes - the cells are similar to your picture - but they definately are not CO2. Will taste and bottle this afternoon - I'll post the results.
