Anyone know of any good recipes using oatmeal? Can you use oatmeal for a partial mash? I'm not fully AG yet.

In my experience oats tend to lend a silky mouthfeel when in the grist. I'm not sure how they turn out in a partial mash or extract recipe. I have not seen much of a SG difference when using then vs when not so I don't know that conversion is an issue.
