Hey guys, a friend of mine distills his own whiskey and sometimes ages it with toasted oak chips... I wanna take those whiskey oak chips and age my beer with them... I'm just not sure I can given my current set up. Just basic 5 gallon carboys and bottles. I thawt about dumping them in with secondary ferm. Or throwing them in the individual bottles at bottling. Any ideas?
