head over to this thread. updated quite often when he gets new (used) barrels in.
i haven't gone the barrel route yet on oak aging (i am using cubes currently), but i keep my eye on the farmhouse thread in the hopes i will get off my butt and get one. i think the added flavor of a used barrel (previous liquid in said barrel) plus the fact that the previous liquid has lessened the oak effect (over a new barrel) is a double win.
(guess what i will be counting, instead of sheep, to get to sleep tonight)
