Default Now, THIS is an infected beer.

hey everyone.

So, did a 10gal batch of saison, and it is most definitely infected. Then I got the idea that...It might be fun to display the absolute best in infected beers we homebrewers have to offer. This could also eventually act as a picture book for new brewers to answer the question "is my beer infected?" "Does it look like anything here?" "no..." "ok...you're good" lol

So, here is my baby. Oh, yeah, its been about a month in primary.

Oh, yeah almost forgot this one. Lemongrass beer. Apparently I didn't boil the lemongrass long enough.

I did a search, but I must have missed it. my bad. Thanks.

It's not really the same topic I was getting at, but I appreciate the link (I only say that because newer brewers probably wouldn't be looking for those particular word markers or in the wild fermentation board)
