Default No Cascades
The hops shortage hit home today.

The LHBS was sold out of Cascades in pellet form. The guy working there suggested Mt Rainier as a replacement.

It's a good thing that I don't feel compelled to follow recipes.

Now if I could only find my brew spoon...
