Default Newspaper photo gallery—Homebrew contest winner

A local home brewer had his beer chosen to brew at the local brew pub. I got to tag along for the first part of the brew day.
My newspaper publishes a few photos on Sunday but the blog entry is ready now.

Sorry about the flash. I just take the photos, so I'm glad you like them.

I didn't mind the flash gallery at all. Would have liked to have seen some descriptions of the photos.

Yeah, I do. You took some really cool shots.
My problem is I've been looking at a lot of different gallery set-ups for a photography website I'm working on and I think I'm just tired of the style.. heh.

Really nice photos, and I liked the flash cause it meant I could go through with my arrow keys instead of a lot of clicking.

This is one of my favorites. The steam is from the boil kettle.

I would like that too. I don't know why we don't.

Here are the basics. The grain goes from the mill to the vessel on the left for the mash. Then it gets pumped-grain and all- to the vessel on the right for lautering and sparging. Then the wort gets pumped back to the first vessel for the boil.

Then it goes to these conical fermenters.

After it ferments, it goes to a bright tank and then to a serving tank. They have six serving tanks I think.
