Default New York Times feature on Hop Harvesting

Hey all,

I've been lurking on the site for a few months now and have yet to say anything, so:

Yeah, my buddy just sent that to me. Very cool since this is the first season i started growing my own hops. Ive got them drying out now.

I was thinking of using them for dry hopping (mt. hood and magnum) in whats in my fermenter. Is that a waste?? should i freeze them and wait for a brew where they would be better utilized?

Thanks for sharing - reminds me of the episode of Dirty Jobs where Mike Rowe worked on a hop farm for a day during harvesting.
