Default new book: Malt: A Practical Guide from Field to Brewhouse by John Mallett

I just saw this book on Amazon.
Could be interesting.

Anyone know anything about it?

Nothing. But I pre-ordered it.

4th in the brewing elements series from the Brewers Association. Given the track record with the last three, it is more than likely worth picking up.

Awesome I finished their yeast book, reading their hop book and have their water book on deck. I just said to my wife yesterday that they need a malt book.

Wow not available until September. That's an early pre order. If you are an aha member I think they've usually done a discount pre order on these books when they come out.

You do, sadly once shipping factors in (prime member so free for me from Amazon) I end up ahead just pre-ordering from Amazon.
