Default Basic Brewing Rocks
Definitely check out Basic Brewing Radio if you get a chance (http://www.basicbrewing.com/). They have had some great podcasts with Adam Avery, Randy Mosher, and a great interview with Charlie Papazian. I've learned a lot from them.
