I am going to practice patience. I am Going to take a good amount of gravity readings. I am going to drink less when I brew. I posted this so I can give my self a reminder. How is everyones brews going?

Don't take too many gravity readings. Take your initial gravity reading, then wait until visible signs of fermentation have stopped before you take another. Besides that your other goals are good ones
