Doing my first All Grain brew this Sunday and need your favorite Scottish Ale recipe. Thanks.

Here's my favorite Scottish 80. Note that I do full-volume BIAB, so adjust your water volumes for mash and sparge as necessary.

Recipe: Full Kilt Ale
Brewer: Big Slap Brewing Co
Style: Scottish Export 80/-
